Each preset below is a real option in the console. Pick one, set your colours, then adjust the corner radius, font, launcher style and launcher text.
Aurora preset. AgentlyDesk's own: a navy-to-violet gradient header, a marigold accent and a speech-bubble corner carried through the launcher, bubbles and composer.
Classic preset. The default: a clean card, rounded bubbles and a round launcher.
Paper preset. Flat and shadowless, with hairlines, one ink and an underlined input. Calm.
Neon preset. A HUD: chamfered corners, a lit frame, a faint grid and mono read-outs.
Glass preset. Frosted and translucent, with a header that fades into the conversation.

Questions, answered
Who answers the chats?
Your team. Visitors write in the widget on your site, and the people you invite reply from the AgentlyDesk console. There is no script pretending to be a person.
Will the widget slow down or break my site?
The widget is under 30 KB gzipped and loads asynchronously, after your page. It renders inside a Shadow DOM, so your CSS cannot reach into it and its CSS cannot leak into your page.
Can the widget match my brand?
Start from one of 11 presets, set your colours, then fine-tune the corner radius, font, launcher style and launcher text. The preview in the console shows the result before you publish it.
What happens when nobody is online?
Set your business hours. Outside them, the widget shows an offline form instead of a live chat, and the message waits for your team in the console.
How do I know a visitor is who they say they are?
If your visitors log in to your site, your server can sign their user ID with HMAC and pass it to the widget. The console then marks the conversation as verified. It is part of the Team plan.
Which languages are supported?
The widget is available in English and Turkish. The console can be used in English or Turkish too.
